Job summary

Intas is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to lead Analytical Method Development, Verification and Validation for assays such as related substances and dissolution. The role covers method validation protocols, data review, and regulatory documentation within the QA/QC framework.

The candidate will operate and calibrate advanced instruments, manage standards, prepare SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical method development and validation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation/review of protocol and report for Method Validation
• Analysis of raw material / In-process sample / finished products / stability samples / dissolution profiling
• C of A generation for raw material / finished products / stability samples etc.
• Stability data compilation, updation and stability sheet preparation
• Operation and calibration of sophisticated instruments
• Handling of working standards, reference standards, outside party standards and primary standards
• Preparation of SOPs / STPs
• Receipt and issuance of reagents / chemicals / glassware / columns
• Preparation/review of protocol and report for IQ/OQ/PQ of various instruments
• To follow Good Laboratory Practices in the department
