Job summary

Advanced Enzyme Technologies in Thane, Maharashtra invites applications for a role focused on enzymes and biocatalysis. The candidate will screen enzymes, conduct high-throughput experiments, and design, execute and analyze lab studies to optimize biocatalytic processes.

Knowledge of HPLC, TLC, GC and data interpretation is essential. The ideal candidate has MSc / M.Pharma / M.Tech in chemistry or related bioprocess disciplines, with 1–3 years of experience, and strong problem solving, teamwork

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enzymes, biocatalysis and basic chemistry required.
• Experience with enzymes screening and high throughput screening in deep-well plates.
• Ability to design, conduct and analyze experiments in a lab setting.
• Experience with process optimization and scale-up of biocatalytic reactions.
• Setup of chemical reactions and their analysis.
• Reaction extraction and product purification experience.
• Analytical data interpretation (HPLC/TLC/GC).
• Data analysis, literature review and report preparation skills.
