Job summary

Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate R&D Executive (Fresher) to join the Research & Development team in Alandi, Pune. You will assist in product development, formulation trials, laboratory testing, and documentation to support continuous improvement of existing products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of laboratory practices and scientific principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new products and improvement of existing formulations.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, product trials, and sample evaluations under the guidance of senior R&D personnel.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and record research data accurately.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, laboratory records, and research documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams during product development and technology transfer activities.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of laboratory chemicals, raw materials, and samples.
• Assist in stability studies, validation activities, and product performance evaluations.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and laboratory safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the laboratory.
• Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to product development.
• Participate in continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
