Research and Development Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager – Python Fullstack, you will lead a team of full‑stack engineers working on scalable web applications, backend services, and cloud‑based platforms.

You will be responsible for the technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery, focusing on team growth, high application performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack developers. (Python, React.js, FastAPI, Postgres).
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices.
• Define and implement scalable system architectures for high‑performance applications.
• Architect system design actively; coordinate with stakeholders and manage releases.
• Engage with clients and experts, devise innovative concepts, and test ideas through experiments.
• Embrace feedback for growth, view challenges as opportunities, and practice radical candor to enhance personal and team development.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Own the end‑to‑end technical design for Python full‑stack applications.
• Optimize database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance.
• Design for event‑based systems and apply DDD to define your applications.
• Ensure microservices‑based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability.
• Complete test coverage and automation test suites.
• Provide hands‑on code and guide the team to success.

Team & Project Management

• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent; collaborate with teams across platforms.
• Manage agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Produce clear documentation and release planning.

Technical Stack & Development

• Frontend: React.js, Typescript.

Required Skills & Qualifications
