Job summary

DS Group in Greater Noida seeks a Research Analyst- PTD (FTC) with a focus on food testing and analytical chemistry. You will perform GLP-compliant analyses, develop and validate methods, operate HPLC, GC, UV spectrum, and Karl Fischer, and support NPD teams.

This role requires 2+ years in an analytical lab, with additional 5+ years in food testing. Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Research Analyst role (FTC).
• 5+ years of experience in Food Testing / Analytical Laboratory.
• Knowledge of GLP, ISO 17025, FSSAI, BIS & AOAC.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer and Karl Fischer.
• Expertise in Method Development, Validation & Stability Studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and chemical analysis of food products and raw materials.
• Perform analysis as per FSSAI manual, BIS and AOAC method references.
• Operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer, etc.
• Method development, optimization, and validation of analytical procedures.
• Conduct stability studies and maintain related documentation.
• Preparation of SOPs, testing procedures, and product specifications.
• Provide technical and analytical support to the NPD team.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
