Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOPs, testing procedures, and product specifications.
• Provide technical and analytical support to the NPD team.

  • Good knowledge of GLP and ISO 17025 requirements.
  • Conduct physical and chemical analysis of food products and raw materials.
  • Perform analysis as per FSSAI manual, BIS and AOAC method references.
  • Operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer, etc.
  • Method development, optimization, and validation of analytical procedures.
  • Conduct stability studies and maintain related documentation.
  • Preparation of SOPs, testing procedures, and product specifications.
  • Provide technical and analytical support to the NPD team.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Key Skills / Qualifications:
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Food Testing / Analytical Laboratory.
  • Knowledge of GLP, ISO 17025, FSSAI, BIS & AOAC.
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer & Karl Fischer.
  • Expertise in Method Development, Validation & Stability Studies.
