Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, Financial Analysis or Financial Modelling.
• Strong understanding of US and Indian equity markets.
• Expertise in Financial Modelling, Company Valuation, Equity Research, Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, FactSet, Screener, or similar financial databases.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental analysis of companies listed in US and Indian stock markets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models including three-statement models, DCF, CCA, and precedent transactions.
• Perform industry, sector, and company-specific research.
• Analyze financial statements, annual reports, investor presentations, and earnings transcripts.
• Prepare investment notes, research reports, and stock recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators.
• Evaluate business performance, growth drivers, risks and competitive positioning.
