As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our reputed company Recovery Department team. This hybrid position offers a unique reputed company of remote and in-office work, with a mix of 2/3 days on-site and off-site work. You will be responsible for assisting with various reputed company, including data entry, medical record retrieval, and report reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Project associate reputed company duties
- Retrieve patient medical records from various Hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate and prepare patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits.
- Extract and reputed company necessary information from/to Hospital patient reputed company systems.
- reputed company phone calls to Post Acute reputed company Facilities to obtain information needed on patients.
- Run and create reports to support reputed company recovery efforts.
- Assist with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team.

- Collaborate with the reputed company Recovery Department team to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company administration, business, or computer science) preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical records management, data entry, or a reputed company field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
