Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated women to join our team as Remote Telecallers. This is a flexible, remote position designed to accommodate diverse lifestyles. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads for our clients. As a Telecaller at The Elite Job, you will be an essential part of a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients, prospects, and leads, ensuring clear and effective communication.


• Provide product/service information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions to customer problems.


• Meet daily and weekly call quotas and performance targets.


• Build relationships with customers by offering tailored services based on their needs.


• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.


• Upsell and cross-sell products and services as appropriate.


• Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.


• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall team goals.


• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
