Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer to join our global IT consulting team. You will provide storage systems support, install/configure, and troubleshoot IBM/ EMC/ Hitachi/ NetApp products for customers across regions.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, at least 2 years in customer support, experience with SAN switches, various OS hosts, and strong English communication. Remote work and shift flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate in IT or CS.
• Minimum 2 years in customer support.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting storage products (IBM/ EMC/ Hitachi/ NetApp).
• Skills with SAN switches (Brocade/Cisco).
• Experience with storage libraries (IBM/Quantum/HP/Dell).
• Experience connecting/configuring AIX/Solaris/Linux/Windows hosts to storage.
• Log collection and analysis on storage products.
• Performance analysis and addressing performance issues.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work during alternative time zone shift.

• Engineering Graduate, ideally in Information Technology or Computer Science
