Qualifications

• 10+ years of Engineering Leadership experience driving design and development.
• 10+ years delivering software as part of a full stack team in public cloud environments.
• 5 years applying TDD, CI/CD, XP, DevOps in an agile setting.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations and real-time data processing.
• Experience managing engineering, data, testing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of 100+ reports including leadership roles.
• Oversee performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.
• Handle full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, PMs, promotions, terminations.

• 5 years of practical application of development methodologies (TDD, CI/CD, XP, DevOps, etc.) in an agile environment
