Job summary

Turing is hiring to lead a small team of annotators, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will mentor, onboard, and coordinate performance, maintaining clear guidelines and consistent communication across weekly calls and updates.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in annotation or AI training data, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support a distributed team and diverse tasks.

Qualifications
