Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited in Bengaluru offers a hybrid role where you will work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week. The Remote Deployment Specialist will perform upgrades and expansions of SAP HANA converged systems, delivering proactive services to the installed base worldwide using remote support tools.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of Linux administration experience, basic knowledge of HP servers, storage, and networking, and strong English communication

• 4–5 years of hands-on Linux administration experience.
• Basic knowledge of HPE servers & storage hardware.
• Must be able to work in 24x7 shifts and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Core technical proficiency in Linux OS and administration.
• Knowledge of HP Servers, Storage, and Networking is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA DB is desirable.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

HPE Converged System for SAP HANA

Remote Deployment Specialists will be expected to perform upgrades and expansion of existing appliances, new deployments, and deliver proactive services to existing installed base, worldwide, using remote support tools and methodologies. Candidates are expected to be proficient in change management best practices and must demonstrate strong hands on experience in Linux administration, Upgrades and installations . In addition, they should demonstrate coordination skills to direct the work of cxonsite resources as required. The role does not require travel.

What You Need To Bring

• Minimum 4-5years of hands-on experience on Linux Administration, upgradation, Installation & Troubleshooting
• Expected to possess basic knowledge on HPE servers & storage hardware
• Expected to work in 24x7 shifts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
