Turing is one of the world’s fastest‑growing AI companies accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems. We help customers in two ways: working with leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real‑world AI systems that solve mission‑critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview
In this role you will work on projects to help fine‑tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using strong analytical and English comprehension skills. You will read, summarize and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct online research to validate claims, and collaborate with LLMs to solve puzzles. Your work will help us improve model performance and will also grow your analytical capabilities in an AI‑first world.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- You will answer a variety of analytical questions and create scenarios that train LLM models to perform better.
- Example tasks include:
- Analyzing a distribution of sales by month across locations to determine which location has grown the most, including considerations of time period and variability.
- Solving logic puzzles such as determining delivery routes for a postman in a small town with constraints.
