Job summary

Kiya.ai is seeking a Reltio MDM Lead based in Bangalore with 8+ years of experience to spearhead master data management initiatives. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM, data modelling, and multi-domain MDM programs.

You will collaborate with global teams to design and implement robust data governance and remediation workflows. The ideal candidate will lead complex MDM projects, drive data quality controls, and manage stakeholder expectations in a hybrid work setup with two

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on Reltio MDM experience.
• Experience in MDM development and implementation.
• Strong Data Modelling experience.
• Hands-on experience with: Reltio Business Models, Match & Merge Strategies, Survivorship, Trust Frameworks, Hierarchies, Relationships, Reference Data.
• Experience establishing Data Quality Controls.
• Experience with Data Profiling, Scorecards, Rules & Monitoring.
• Experience designing Data Remediation Workflows.
• Experience leading complex, multi-domain MDM programs.
• Experience in MDM development and operations.
