Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced Incident management / reliability / SRE Evaluator on a contract basis. The role is remote, working with AI research labs and high-quality outputs.

You will assess AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics, identify factual and presentation errors in documents and slides, and provide structured feedback to improve model outputs. Requires 5+ years in incident management, reliability, or SRE, and strong English; mastery of MS Office and Google Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Incident management, reliability, or SRE.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides/PowerPoint.
