Job summary

PSN Finance, a fully registered NBFC focused on fleet and retail vehicle financing, seeks a dynamic Relationship Officer to grow our vehicle finance portfolio across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hosur, Madurai, Coimbatore, and Trichy.

You will source new customers, evaluate loan applications, and coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Prior NBFC/banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–8 years in vehicle finance, retail lending, BFSI sales.
• NBFC/Banking/Vehicle Finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in vehicle finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with auto dealers, showrooms, and direct customers.
• Source loan applications and guide customers through the loan process.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain MIS reports and track leads/conversions.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officer to manage and grow our vehicle finance portfolio. The role involves sourcing new customers, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring smooth loan processing for commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in vehicle finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursement

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Maintain MIS reports and track leads/conversions
