Key duties include sourcing LAP deals from open market channels, achieving regular targets, and coordinating with credit/ops teams for timely disbursement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age not more than 32 years.
• Prior experience in sales of Secured Lending Products, preferably LAP.
• Must be earning incentives in current role.
• Willingness to work in an open market sourcing environment.
• Strong desire to earn performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire LAP business from open market channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure quality sourcing with proper documentation and compliance.
