TThe Relationship Manager - HNI manages and grows banking and investment relationships for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)

Work Locations: Kolkata, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Sirsa, Bathina,Gurdaspur,Tricity, Delhi NCR

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of HNI banking and investment relationships.
• CASA & Liabilities Growth: Increase Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances by deepening existing client relationships and acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Drive overall growth in liabilities, retail assets, and investment products across the banks product suite to ensure portfolio profitability.
• Client Profiling: Conduct detailed client profiling and track business opportunities using the bank's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
• Product Communication: Keep clients informed about new product launches, feature enhancements, and service updates.
• Service & Risk Management: Resolve customer queries/complaints within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT), monitor accounts for risk mitigation, and adhere to ethical service standard
