Overview
Relationship Manager for High Net Worth (HNW) clients responsible for acquiring HNW relationships, managing portfolios, cross-selling bank products, and delivering a superior customer experience to maximize profitability and wallet share.
Responsibilities
- Include HNI customers into the HNW program and offer a superior customer experience to enhance profitability by increasing relationship size, cross-selling appropriate products (education loan, real estate, housing loans), acquiring family accounts, retaining and enhancing the relationship.
- Acquire new bank HNW relationships.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all financial needs to increase current relationship value and wallet share and profitability.
- Liaise with branch staff to flag eligible customers for the HNW portfolio.
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria; regularly interact with customers to build rapport and update profiles.
- Enhance overall value/portfolio size and maintain hygiene parameters; cross-sell bank products based on customer need; joint calls with supervisor as defined; offer advisory services as required.
- Achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets; control attrition of customers.
- Ensure error-free documentation for all account openings and instructions; ensure KYC/AML norms at all times; ensure workstation norms.
- Look for opportunities to cross-sell other bank products to be a one-stop shop for the HNW customer; sell to family members and network; ensure optimal income generation; product penetration and focused product contributions.
- Provide quality customer service; resolve queries and complaints within TAT; inform customers about regulatory or process changes; communicate on requests and concerns; proactive complaint management; promote direct banking channels; ensure smooth handover/takeover of portfolios.
