Quantum Asset Management seeks a Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager to drive growth in the BFSI sector from offices in India. The role demands 3-12 years of experience and active engagement with mutual fund distributors and direct clients to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with MF distributors.
• Building relationship with the existing direct clients and leads for business generation.
• Acquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the company.
• Meeting Sales targets in terms of Inflows, SIP, etc.
• Initiate and maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting.

• Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premiere Distribution clients.
• Responsible for product placement, new business development, key negotiations, and marketing campaign to promote schemes to the premiere segment IFAs, Banks NDs.
• Delivering consistent and tailored service to the most valued premiere Distribution clients.
• Ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets.
• Developing markets and enhancing market share.
• Contributing to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long term development of Distribution relationships and deep markets.
• Using relationships to mobilize funds under various schemes through Banks NDs.
• Educating the clients about the schemes presales and converting them to buy these schemes.
• Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting.
• Co-ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post sales requirements.
