Tata Capital Finance Ltd. is recruiting for a Relationship Manager - CEQ in Bengaluru. The role focuses on originating SME and infrastructure business, acquiring SME customers, and driving revenue through cross-selling of banking products. You will manage proposals up to disbursement and ensure portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a postgraduate or graduate degree and offers a full-time opportunity in a dynamic financial services environment.

• 1 New Business Prospects: Originate new business prospects within the SME / infrastructure sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.
• 2 Customer Acquisition: Acquire SME customers and manage their proposals, guiding them up to the disbursement stage. Achieve the targeted New To Business (NTB) numbers
• 3 Business Generation: Meet existing SME clients to identify business opportunities and drive revenue.
• 4 Cross-Selling: Cross-sell retail banking products to SME customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets. Sales of other financial solutions including other products , leasing , insurance & wealth etc .
• 5 Portfolio Quality Maintain the Early delinquency (ED) and other compliance parameters including PDD , deferrals etc
• 6 Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting SME banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree: Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
