Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a driven professional to manage client relationships and drive sales in the Andhra Pradesh region. You will identify new clients, grow existing portfolios, and assess financial needs to offer suitable loans, investments, and insurance products.

You will be measured on sales targets, client satisfaction, and adherence to compliance while collaborating with product, credit, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Intermediate & Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, relationship management, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to all company policies and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and credit departments, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
