Qualificações

• 2–8 years experience in stock broking, wealth management, or securities advisory.
• Proven track record of self-sourcing clients and building an active client portfolio.
• Strong B2C sales and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in cross-selling MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, SIPs, and Insurance.
• Knowledge of Indian capital markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager Retail Advisor with strong expertise in stock broking, B2C sales, and HNI/UHNI client acquisition. The candidate should have a proven track record of self-sourcing clients, building an active client portfolio, and generating business from the initial months of joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire HNI/UHNI clients through self-sourcing, referrals, networking, and market connections.
• Build, manage, and grow an active client portfolio.
• Cross-sell financial products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, SIPs, and Insurance.
• Advise clients on equity, derivatives, and suitable investment products based on their financial goals and risk profiles.
• Develop long-term client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
• Generate revenue through client acquisition, trading activity, and investment product sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client suitability norms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in stock broking, wealth management, or securities advisory.
• Proven experience in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong B2C sales and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source clients and build an active client portfolio.
• Ability to onboard clients and generate business within the initial months.
• Experience in cross-selling MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, SIPs, and Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian capital markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Mandatory Certification

• NISM Series VIII- Equity Derivatives Certification.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working with stock broking firms, wealth management companies, or investment advisory firms, with an established HNI/UHNI network and a proven self-sourcing track record.
