Job summary

Choice Equity Broking seeks a Relationship Manager to acquire and manage clients, understand their financial needs, and build long-term relationships. You will drive client acquisition, cross-sell a diverse range of financial products, and support revenue growth.

The role requires a graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in broking or BFSI. You should have strong knowledge of equity, mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products, and solid client engagement skills.

The role is responsible for driving client acquisition, cross selling a diverse range of financial products, and achieving revenue and asset growth targets while ensuring high-quality client experience.

Job Description:

• New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships.
• Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell a wide range of third-party investment products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIPs, AIFs, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, IAP, and other financial services offered by Choice.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by effectively managing sourced accounts and maximizing income across all product categories.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial needs, provide suitable investment solutions, and ensure long-term relationship building.

Role Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Broking, BFSI, NBFC, or Financial Services industry.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong product knowledge across Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance & other investment products
• Strong Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Skills
• Ability to identify client needs and effectively cross-sell/upsell relevant investment and financial products.
