Job summary

Chola Securities Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager for PCG-Sales to drive acquisition and growth of high-value clients across Private Client Group. You will lead advisory-led selling across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, insurance and fixed income, while ensuring strict compliance and risk controls.

We target professionals with 4–5 years in PCG Sales, proven ability to source clients, grow AUM and deliver superior service to HNI and UHNI clients across major Indian cities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.
• Experience handling HNI and UHNI clients is preferred.
• Strong regulatory/compliance awareness and governance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.

You will drive revenue through advisory-led selling across equity, MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance and Fixed income products while maintaining strong compliance discipline. We are looking for experienced professionals of 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
2. Focus on acquisition of client accounts with equity margin
3. Manage client portfolios and drive AUM growth through suitable investment solutions.
4. Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
5. Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
6. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.
