Chola Securities Ltd. in Bengaluru invites an experienced Relationship Manager-PCG-Sales to drive client acquisition and growth within Private Client Group.

You will source and onboard high-net-worth clients, advise on equity, MF, PMS, AIF, and fixed income solutions, and manage portfolios with an emphasis on AUM expansion. Looking for professionals with 4-5 years in PCG sales, a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship building, and adherence to regulatory and governance

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of PCG Sales experience with a proven client acquisition and AUM growth track record.
• Experience in acquiring HNI/UHNI clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Focus on acquisition of client accounts with equity margin.
• Manage client portfolios and drive AUM growth through suitable investment solutions.
• Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.

Role Summary:

You will handle acquisition and growth of high-value clients under the Private Client Group. You will drive revenue through advisory-led selling across equity, MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance and Fixed income products while maintaining strong compliance discipline. We are looking for experienced professionals of 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.
