Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow the Old Car Finance vertical in Kanpur, UP. You will manage client relationships, identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth across branches and channels.

You will collaborate with dealers, onboard brokers, and oversee a healthy portfolio while leading a sales team. 3–4 years in auto loans and a graduate degree are preferred for this role, positioned at Deputy Manager/Manager level.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in auto loans.
• Graduate degree (any field) is acceptable.
• Designation at least Deputy Manager or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• Collaborate with dealers, DSAs and direct sales models.
• Develop and drive business by maintaining healthy portfolio and achieving IRR targets.
• Expand auto loans for new and pre-owned vehicles across locations and branches.
• Portfolio management and performance tracking.
• Lead and train the team; impart product and policy knowledge.
• Allocate and assess leads from channels to sales team per territory.
• Maintain relationships with channels/dealers and assess in-principle funding decisions.

The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving growth in the Old Car Finance vertical. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
• To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
• Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
• Portfolio Management
• Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
• Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
• Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
• Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3-4 years in Auto Loans
• Minimum qualification – Any Graduate.
