Topgear Consultants is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager / Sales Manager Mutual Funds in Kota, Rajasthan. You will drive business growth by engaging with IFAs, mutual fund distributors, banks, brokers and wealth managers to achieve sales and AUM targets.

The role focuses on onboarding new distribution partners and expanding business from existing networks, with emphasis on strong communication and strategic product distribution in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager / Sales Manager Mutual Funds to drive business growth through the distributor and financial-advisor network.

The role will be responsible for achieving sales and AUM targets, developing relationships with IFAs, mutual fund distributors, banks, brokers and wealth management partners, acquiring new distribution partners and increasing business from the existing network.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in mutual fund/AMC sales, distributor relationship management and financial product distribution, with strong communication and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and AUM targets for mutual fund products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, mutual fund distributors, banks, brokers, wealth managers and other channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new distributors to expand the distribution network.
• Drive SIP, lump-sum and other mutual fund investments through the distributor/channel network.
• Increase business from existing distributors through regular engagement and relationship management.
• Conduct regular distributor meetings, product presentations, investment updates and business reviews.
• Communicate mutual fund product features, investment strategies, fund performance and relevant market developments to distribution partners.
• Identify opportunities for AUM growth and business development within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and distributor feedback.
