Job summary

India Job Kart is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager - Customer Engagement in Bengaluru to manage and grow relationships with Retail, HNI and UHNI clients. The role focuses on mutual funds, advisory services, and revenue growth through investment products.

Ideal candidates have solid MF sales experience, strong communication, and a track record in client retention and portfolio servicing. NISM V-A certification is preferred; 7+ years’ experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in MF sales and HNI/UHNI relationships.
• Experience in client acquisition, portfolio servicing, upselling and cross-selling.
• NISM Series V-A certification preferred; background in AMC/Wealth/Private Banking is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with Retail, HNI and UHNI clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell Mutual Fund and investment products to assigned customers.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and relationship-building activities.
• Understand customer profiles, financial objectives and investment requirements.
• Provide suitable investment planning and advisory solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, AUM and revenue targets across the product mix.
• Enhance and upgrade existing client relationships and portfolio value.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client retention.
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt and other investment products.
