Job summary

Acura Solutions seeks a Regional Manager – Field Work to oversee field operations across the assigned region and drive business performance. You will develop the field team, set targets, and ensure achievement of organizational goals through strong leadership and stakeholder management.

You will lead Area Managers and Field Officers, monitor dashboards, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure timely reporting and effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
  • 5–10 years of relevant field-sales/field-operations experience, with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed field teams is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee field operations across the assigned territory/region.
  • Develop and execute regional plans to achieve business and operational targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate Area Managers, Field Officers, and other field personnel.
  • Set clear targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the region.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely reporting of field activities, sales performance, and operational issues.
  • Review MIS and performance dashboards and take corrective actions where required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Handle escalations and resolve field-level operational and customer issues.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with the field team and communicate priorities effectively.
  • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and field effectiveness.
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Job Purpose

The Regional Manager – Field Work will be responsible for managing field operations across the assigned region, driving business performance, developing the field team, and ensuring achievement of organizational targets.
