Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales activities, customer references, walk-ins, corporate leads, and digital lead sources.
• Prospect and identify potential customers for life insurance and investment solutions.
• Meet customers to understand financial goals and recommend protection and savings plans.
• Achieve individual sales targets related to premium collection, policy issuance, and revenue generation.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up of generated leads until successful policy issuance.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams for smooth policy processing.
• Participate in lead generation campaigns, corporate events, financial awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Maintain policy persistency by conducting regular customer engagement and renewal follow-ups.
• Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow all IRDAI regulations, compliance standards, and company sales processes.
