Job summary

SBI Pension Funds Private Limited seeks a dynamic professional to oversee NPS business across Corporate, Retail and Government sectors. The role focuses on onboarding subscribers, conducting awareness sessions in government offices, and strengthening SBI Group relationships in the assigned region.

You will lead a team, guide multi-vertical efforts, and drive targets across segments to grow market share. Presentations to senior leadership and ongoing opportunity scouting are essential.

Qualifications

• Manage NPS business across Corporate, Retail & Government sectors.
• Drive onboarding targets for corporate and retail subscribers with SBI PF POP and PFM.
• Conduct NPS awareness sessions in government offices and onboard subscribers.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with SBI Group mapped to the region.
• Lead a team to manage verticals and mentor staff to achieve targets.
• Achieve targets across segments to increase SBI Pension Funds market share.
• Meet HR Head/C&B Head/Finance Head/CXO and organise NPS awareness sessions.
• Design NPS implementation plans for corporate/PSUs/government offices.
• Conduct online/in-person presentations to senior management and employees.

• Regularly engage and strengthen relationships of SBI Group mapped to the region.
• Assign and mentor a team to manage different verticals and monitor performance.
• Achieve targets across regions and increase market share of SBI Pension Funds.
• Meet HR Head/C&B Head/Finance Head/CXO or relevant authority; organise NPS awareness sessions.
• Provide online/in-person presentations to senior management and employees.
• Research and capitalize on new opportunities to improve marketability and profitability.

Job description

1. The candidate is required to manage NPS business across the sectors: Corporate, Retail & Government.

2. The candidate is required to work on sales plan and achieve target pertaining to onboarding subscribers under corporate, retail with SBI PF POP and PFM respectively.

3. The candidate has to conduct sessions in the government offices for creating NPS awareness and onboard the subscriber with SBIPF PFM.

4. The candidate will also need to regularly engage and strengthen the relationship of SBI Group mapped to his/her region.

5. He/ She would be assigned team to manage different verticals and he/she needs to provide guidance to the team. He/ She will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring the team under him/her to achieve target across different channels.

6. Candidate would be responsible for achieving the targets assigned across different segment for his/her respective region and increase market share of SBI Pension Funds.

7. Meet HR Head/ C&B Head/ Finance Head/ CXO/ relevant authority/ organise Nodal office NPS awareness sessions in the corporate/ PSUs/ Government offices and design NPS implementation plan.

8. Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.

9. Improve marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
