The role requires strong financial analysis, credit coordination, and ongoing client discussions to structure loan solutions and ensure timely disbursal while maintaining compliance with underwriting standards.

Qualifikationen

• MBA in Finance or CA qualification required.
• CTC up to 18 LPA.

• Achieve business targets through acquisition and management of developer relationships.
• Identify and source construction finance/developer funding opportunities.
• Evaluate project viability through site visits, cash flow assessment, and client discussions.
• Coordinate with credit, risk, legal, and valuation teams for proposal processing.
• Structure financing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Ensure smooth loan disbursement and manage post-disbursement activities.
• Maintain high customer engagement and deliver excellent service within defined timelines.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with underwriting requirements.
