Aditya Birla Group in Hyderabad seeks a Relationship Manager - CF to assess credit opportunities, structure deals, and discuss term sheets with clients. You will conduct due diligence, evaluate deals, and prepare appraisal documents for approval.

Coordinate with Legal to finalize loan documentation and ensure closure to the satisfaction of CF. This role offers collaboration with risk and finance teams in a dynamic corporate environment.

• Strong sectoral and product knowledge enabling effective deal structuring & term sheet discussions with customers.
• Detailed due diligence, analysis, and evaluation of deals to result in high-quality appraisal.
• Preparation and submission of Credit Appraisal Memorandums for approval per Standard Risk Norms.

Job Description:

• To have strong sectoral and product knowledge which enables effective deal structuring & term sheet discussions with the customer.
• To conduct detailed due diligence, analysis, evaluation of the deal thereby resulting in high quality appraisal.
• To ensure that Credit Appraisal Memorandums are prepared and sent for approval as per Standard Risk Norms.

To work closely with Legal team to ensure that the loan documentation is closed with the customers to the satisfaction of CF.
