Job summary

Ageas Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd. invites applications for a field sales role in Kasaragod. You will drive life insurance sales through bank branches, coordinate between bank and company from lead generation to policy conversion, and handle in-branch walk-ins.

The position requires 1 year life insurance or cross-selling experience, Degree or Diploma, and age up to 33. You will generate leads, set meetings, cross-sell and upsell, and ensure timely policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk in customers.
• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Adherence to company sales process and timely submission of various reports.
