Job summary

Ageas Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd. in Kerala is seeking a field-based life insurance sales professional to work through Federal Bank channel. You will generate leads, assess customers' financial needs, and propose suitable life insurance products to secure policy sales.

You will build and maintain a customer base, cross-sell where possible, and ensure timely completion of medical reports and policy issuance, while following the company's sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year life insurance experience.
• Cross-selling experience in Insurance/Banking/Financial services.
• Degree or Diploma (3 years).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk in customers.
• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Adherence to company sales process and timely submission of various reports.
