Job summary

Ageas Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd. in Kerala seeks a Relationship Manager - Bancassurance to drive life insurance sales through bank branches in Muvattupuzha, Aluva, Kochi and Ernakulam.

You will coordinate between bank and company, generate leads, meet customers and convert leads into policies. The role requires at least 1 year of life insurance or BFS sales experience, a degree or diploma, and willingness to cross-sell and up-sell.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of life insurance sales experience or cross-selling experience in Insurance/BFS sales.
• Any Degree or Diploma (3 years) acceptable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from bank branches and walk-in customers.
• Meet customers to assess needs and present suitable life insurance products.
• Coordinate between bank and company to convert leads into policies and ensure timely documentation.
• Cross-sell and up-sell to build a strong customer base.
• Ensure completion of medical reports and issue of policy documents promptly.

Coordinating between Bank and company from lead generation to policy conversion. Deal with walking customers sale them Life insurance policies. Channel Partner: -- Federal Bank. Salary: Open for perfect candidate Key Responsibilities: -

• Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk in customers.
• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Adherence to company sales process and timely submission of various reports.

Age Limit: up to 33yrs Must Criteria: Should be having min 1 year of Life Insurance experience/ cross selling experience of Insurance sales /Banking/Financial Services sales experience Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma 3 years.
