Job summary

Wego Consultants in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, is seeking a sales professional to drive cross-selling of life, health and GI insurance products through bank channels. You will identify customer needs, arrange appointments and build relationships to meet sales targets.

You will generate leads from the bank, convert prospects into policy purchases, and ensure prompt issuance of policy documents while supporting the bank sales team and exploring new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels.
• Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom and other sales verticals.
• Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Leads will be generated from the assigned bank.
• Cross-selling of life, health and GI insurance products to bank customers.
• Customer business development and relationship management with bank clients.
• Make appointments and assess customers' life-related investment and insurance needs.
• Assist in complete sales documentation and issue of policy documents promptly.
• Explore new markets and segments in line with the company sales strategy.

Education

Graduation is must.

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile
