Job summary

Wego Consultants is seeking a sales professional to drive bank-led life, health, and general insurance product sales. You will acquire customers through bank databases and foot traffic, assess financial needs, present suitable products, and close sales with required documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in insurance channel sales, experience across BFSI, and graduation. Attractive packages include incentives and conveyance support.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and cross-sell financial products to bank customers.
• Develop customer business and manage relationships with bank clients.
• Make appointments, assess life-related investment and insurance needs, and propose suitable products.
• Coordinate with bank sales teams and coach on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Facilitate medical reports and ensure timely policy documentation.
• Explore new markets/segments aligned with sales strategy.

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank

Cross selling of various financial products to the Bank customers.

Customer business development .

Relationship Management .

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile

Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels. .Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma,retail, telecome and other sales verticals.

Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.

Graduation is must.

Good track record and employment stability is must.
