Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join our Secured Direct lending team. The role focuses on sourcing and processing loan applications through self-sourcing and connectors, while representing the company to clients.

You will build and manage a network of partners, ensure compliance and timely documentation, and work with credit and operations teams to disburse loans. A base salary plus incentives is provided under FTC.

Qualifications

• XII cleared.
• 1-2 years of experience in direct sourcing of affordable mortgage loans (LAP and HL).
• Understanding of legal and technical aspects of mortgage loans.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong partner networks.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through self-sourcing (cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, etc.).
• Build and manage a reliable network of connectors such as property dealers, chartered accountants, and other channel partners to source loan applications.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion.
• Engage with prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan products.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Collect, verify, and ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Ensure all applications comply with regulatory and organizational credit guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
