Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager for our Secured Direct lending team. You will source and process loan applications through self-sourcing and connectors, acting as the face of the organization while ensuring compliance with credit guidelines.

The role involves developing a strong partner network, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans under a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• XII cleared.
• 1-2 years of experience in direct sourcing of affordable mortgage loans.
• Understanding of legal and technical aspects of mortgage loans.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build partner networks.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through self-sourcing (cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, etc.).
• Build and manage a reliable network of connectors such as property dealers, chartered accountants, and other channel partners to source loan applications.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion.
• Engage with prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan products.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Collect, verify, and ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Ensure all applications comply with regulatory and organizational credit guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of lead sourcing, customer interactions, and loan application statuses.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
