Job summary

SBI Mutual Fund (SBIMF) is seeking a results-driven sales and distribution professional to drive growth through IFAs across India. You will formulate strategic marketing and distribution plans, aiming to expand SBIMF's presence in the IFA channel and strengthen client engagement.

You will oversee reporting, execute sales plans, pursue leads, and develop regional growth strategies while promoting the SBIMF brand and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of the marketing and the distribution plan to tap business from IFAs for SBIMF based on overall strategy.
• Significantly increase the market share of SBIMF in the IFA Channel.
• Plan distribution of the full range of SBIMF products to IFAs.
• Oversee and contribute to preparation of regular client reporting.
• Implement short/long-term sales plans.
• Regular follow-up with potential leads across products for effective conversion.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives across geographies.
• Communicate a strong and vibrant brand.
• Conduct trainings.
• Investor awareness programs.
• Contribute to overall profitability of the AMC.
• Ensure compliance with information security policy and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :-

• Formulation of the marketing and the distribution plan to tap business from the respective channel (i.e. Individual Financial Advisors) for the AMC based on overall strategy
• Significantly Increase the market share of AMC in the IFA Channel.
• Planning distribution of the full range of investment products and capabilities developed by SBIFM to IFAs
• Oversee and contribute to preparation of regular client reporting
• Implement the Short / long term sales plan
• Regular follow-up with all potential leads across products for effective conversion
• Develop, implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives in the geographies
• Help in communicating a strong and vibrant brand
• Conduct trainings
• Investor Awareness Programs
• Overall contribution/profitability of the AMC
• Comply with and promote adherence to the organizations Information Security Policy and related procedures, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements.
