Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Perambalur. This position is responsible for sourcing and managing housing loan customers, building strong relationships with borrowers, and guiding them through the end-to-end loan process from prospecting to disbursement. The role includes explaining product features, assessing customer eligibility, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for credit evaluation and approval. The Relationship Manager will track portfolio performance, follow up on repayments, address customer queries and concerns, and ensure a high standard of service and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves identifying market opportunities, engaging with local partners or channels, and contributing to business growth in the affordable housing segment.
