Bajaj Capital Limited is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to actively acquire new clients and service existing ones. You will conduct financial assessments and tailor investment solutions across a range of instruments to grow client portfolios.

The role requires excellent communication, strong financial planning skills, and familiarity with wealth management products. NISM MF Advisory/ CFP/CWM certifications are advantageous; incentives and recognition programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management products and financial services.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• NISM MF Advisory module / CFP / CWM certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in client onboarding and portfolio reviews would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new clients and formulate strategies to grow the client base.
• Deal with servicing of existing clients and ongoing relationship management.
• Prepare and execute financial assessments and portfolio reviews.
• Provide investment services across funds, FDs, PMS, bonds, equities, gold ETFs, and FMPs.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new clients and formulating strategies to increase the client base.
• Dealing and servicing of existing clients.
• Preparation and execution of Financial assessments.
• Conducting Regular portfolio review of the clients.
• Providing Investment services into various instruments majorly in General Insurance , Mutual Funds, FD,PMS, Bond, Equity, Gold(ETF), & FMP.
• Approaching need based product to the clients through Financial assessment.
• Generating the revenue primarily through core products.

Salary: 3-6 LPA Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in Wealth Management products Skills needed : Candidates with Excellent communication skills. Good Experience in Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management of minimum1 -2 years Pleasing Personality and well behaved. Candidates with NISM - MF Advisory module /CFP/CWM would have an added advantage
