Job summary

VN Capital is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and manage client relationships, helping clients start mutual fund SIPs and investments, and advising on life, health, and general insurance. The role is based in Panchkula (Chandigarh Tricity) and targets 0–3 years experience. Freshers welcome.

The candidate will grow the client base through referrals, networking and client events, manage onboarding (KYC, accounts, mandates) and track daily activity and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Business
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Willing to learn and target-driven

We’re growing our team and looking for a Relationship Manager who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management.

Role: Relationship Manager

Location: Panchkula (Chandigarh Tricity), work from office

Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome)

What you’ll do

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Bring in new clients through referrals, networking and client events
• Help clients start and grow mutual fund SIPs and investments
• Advise clients on life, health and general insurance
• Run Investor Education Programmes, client meets and events with partner AMCs
• Handle client onboarding: KYC, account opening, mandates and documentation
• Keep track of your daily activity and monthly goals

Who we’re looking for

• A graduate, preferably in Commerce, Finance or Business
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Someone who enjoys meeting people and builds trust easily
• Self-driven and target-oriented, with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable with MS Excel and basic financial concepts
• NISM Series V-A certification is a plus (we’ll support you if you don’t have it yet)
