121finance is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Officer to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring timely renewals of borrowal accounts while building a strong client base.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include conducting regular follow-ups, onboarding partners, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups via various communication methods.
• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and trade partners.
• Maintain client data and reports of interactions in CRM.
• Provide prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Ensure timely review and renewal of borrowal accounts.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager/Officer to join our growing NBFC team in Jaipur. The role involves managing client relationships, Client Follow ups, Maintaining client databases ,Tracking renewals etc.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct regular client follow-ups via calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms
• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, anchors, and trade partners, Drive business growth by converting qualified leads into active clients
• Maintain client data and reports of all client interactions and leads in CRM
• Act as Client Primary contact during sourcing Onboarding
• Provide prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain trust and satisfaction
• Ensure timely review and renewal of borrowal accounts, Track renewal schedules and complete processes before due dates, Support retention through proactive renewal planning
• Coordinate closely with Business Development and internal teams
