Key Responsibilities

• Agent Network Development: Recruit, onboard, and activate new agent partners/agents.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of life insurance products through the established agency network. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Field Support: Provide continuous on-the-ground support to partners/agents, including traveling for sales calls and taking ownership of closing sales.
• Training and Mentorship: Conduct continuous training programs for agents to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Eligibility & Experience

• Education: Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience (Mandatory):
  • Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in the Life Insurance industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Agency Channel sales model.
• Skills: Good communication skills and comfortable with field sales.
