Job summary

Capco in Mumbai is seeking a client-facing professional to provide exceptional experience to a broad client base and to manage client workflows in the transaction reporting domain. The role involves handling regulatory queries, resolving daily reporting issues, and collaborating on client training and site visits.

The candidate should have experience with EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and SFTR, and possess strong technical competence to support complex reporting processes for clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience leading a team in the transaction reporting domain.
• Strong client communication and issue resolution skills.
• Familiarity with EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and SFTR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client workflows and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Answer regulatory queries and assist with reporting issues and UAT where applicable.
• Provide client training and participate in site visits as needed.
• Escalate issues promptly and drive to resolution.

We are looking for a someone who can provide exceptional customer experience to a broad range of clients and ensure the fast and effective management of client workflows The ideal candidate will be comfortable in communicating with clients, answering regulatory queries, and resolving daily reporting issues. Ideally the candidate will have some experience in EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and\or SFTR. The role is client facing and requires a high degree of technical competence.

Duties and accountabilities

• 4-6 relevant experience in managing a team in the transaction reporting domain
• Dealing with customer enquiries and requests and managing them efficiently and in a timely manner until resolution
• Helping clients understand how the solution works and how to resolve reporting issues
• Involvement in client training and site visits
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure follow and resolution.
• Assist in validation or UAT for issue resolution
• Working on Client specific projects
