The role involves negotiating leases and rights‑of‑way, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring timely registrations and approvals across multiple districts.

• Identify, verify, and acquire land for renewable energy projects across Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
• Conduct land ownership and title verification with legal and revenue teams.
• Liaise with landowners, government authorities, revenue officials, local bodies, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate purchase, lease, easement, right-of-way, and other land arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of land parcels, ownership details, agreements, compensation, and acquisition status.
